1. Set your route and date
Entering the departure and destination cities is enough. The companies know which airport suits the trip. If your dates are flexible, say so. Flexible dates mean more options and a better chance of catching a jet returning empty (an empty leg).
2. Add passengers and baggage
The number of passengers and the baggage decide the aircraft size. If you have a golf bag, skis or many large suitcases, add a note. That way aircraft that cannot take your baggage are ruled out from the start.
3. Wait for the quotes
Your request goes to companies with a suitable aircraft at the same time. The quotes are listed by price on a page of your own. Each quote shows the aircraft model, capacity, baggage and how long the quote is valid.
4. Choose a quote
You choose the one that suits you. Choosing does not commit you: nothing is final until the company confirms availability and price.
5. Confirmation and payment
When the company confirms, you see its legal name, address, country, operating licence and contact details before you pay. The company sends its terms and payment link in its own name, and you pay it directly.
6. Flight day
Departure is usually from the airport’s private flight terminal. The company tells you at confirmation how early to be there.
