1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file a website saves in your browser. On later visits the site reads it to remember, for example, that you are signed in or which language you chose.
2. The cookies we use
All of the cookies below are daddysjet.com’s own cookies and are needed for the site to work. None of them follows you on other websites or is used for advertising or profiling.

3. Other records kept in your browser
Some information is kept in your browser’s own storage instead of a cookie. These records are not sent to our server; they stay on your device only.
| Record | What it does | When it is deleted |
|---|---|---|
| dj:recent-searches | Shows your last two searches in the search bar | Until you delete it |
| dj_support_open · dj_support_draft | Remembers whether the support window is open and the draft you typed | When you close the tab |
| dj_support_outbox_v1 | Keeps a support message that could not be sent while offline and sends it when you are back online | When you close the tab |
| dj_charter_notes | Keeps the draft of your note in the request form so it is not lost if the page reloads | When you close the tab or send the request |
| dj:valentina:chat · dj:valentina:chat-id | Team panel only: keeps your conversation with the panel assistant in this browser | When you start a new conversation or clear site data |
4. Why we do not ask for your consent
The cookies we use are necessary to provide the service you ask for (signing in, sending a request, choosing a language and currency, writing to support). Your explicit consent is not required for such cookies, which is why the site has no cookie banner.
If we add an analytics or advertising cookie in the future, it will not run before you give your consent; a consent banner on the site and an explanation on this page will be published together.
5. Cookies of other websites
If you choose to sign in with Google, sign-in takes place on the pages of Google and of our sign-in service (Amazon Web Services), and these companies may use their own cookies. When you pay on the payment page of the company operating the flight, that page’s cookies apply. These cookies are governed by those companies’ policies.
6. How to manage cookies
You can view and delete cookies in your browser settings. If you delete the necessary cookies you will be signed out and your language and currency choice will be reset; you can keep using the site, but you will need to sign in again for the parts that require it.
7. Changes and contact
We update this page when we add a cookie or change what a cookie is for. For questions, write to concierge@daddysjet.com. How we process your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
