Frequently asked questions
Enter where from, where to, the date and number of passengers. Your request goes to companies with a suitable aircraft, and their quotes are ranked by price on a page made for you.
Private jets have no fixed fare. The price is calculated for each flight based on the route, the date, where the aircraft is that day and any waiting time; when you send your request, companies quote a price for that flight. Empty leg listings show the price up front.
Flight time, aircraft class, positioning the aircraft to your departure point, waiting time and airport fees. The quoting company builds these into its own price, which is for the whole aircraft.
No. The price on your quote page is set by the company operating the flight; Daddy’s Jet does not change it and does not charge you anything extra. The platform’s fee is paid by the company.
It depends on the route, the date and how many companies have a suitable aircraft that day; some requests get several quotes, some get one. If your date or departure airport is flexible, more companies may quote.
Quotes are added to your page as companies respond, and you are notified by email. For departures coming up soon, companies are asked to respond faster.
If your date is set, a few days ahead, or a few weeks ahead in busy periods such as summer and holidays, gives you more options. Requests for nearer dates are forwarded to companies too.
It is possible. It depends on an aircraft and crew being available at that time, on airport opening hours and, for international flights, on permits being obtained in time.
Light jets usually seat 4-7, midsize jets 7-9 and large-cabin jets 10 or more. Tell us your passenger count and baggage, and companies will suggest a suitable aircraft.
Yes, you can get quotes for a one-way flight. Because the aircraft may fly back empty after dropping you off, the company may reflect that in the price; if you add your return date, the company plans both legs together.
Yes. Add the stops in the notes field of the request form. The crew’s daily duty time and airport opening hours set the limits; the company sets out a workable schedule in its quote.
Usually from the airports you know, but mostly through a terminal reserved for private flights rather than the passenger terminal. The airport and terminal are stated in the company’s quote or confirmation.
Yes. Passport control and customs apply to private jets too; they are usually handled in a separate terminal and take less time. If your destination requires a visa, flying privately does not change that.
An empty leg is a flight the aircraft is making anyway; date and route are fixed and the price is often lower. With a private jet quote you set the route and date, and companies quote for you.
